Keeping my clients informed about their cases is very important to me. This is why I recently started using MyCase to offer clients the option of creating a free and convenient online portal.
This optional service allows clients to create a MyCase account where they can see information from me about their case such as messages, documents, appointments, and invoices.
Clients can use their portal to send me messages, upload and comment on documents, pay invoices, and setup email or text message reminders for their appointments. An overview of the portal is available here. The portal can be accessed through a web browser or through mobile apps for iPhone and Android.
If you are a current client and would like to use MyCase for your case, just let me know and I will email you the signup information.
